Reality of an SME

Looks like we are jumping in on this bandwagon. As humorous as it is, this is the reality of an SME employee. Working in an SME can definitely offer a lot of experience and knowledge, depending on your roles. It is very rarely an SME employee takes up one role, rather it is multiple roles and even in various aspects of the business. However, it also means there is a higher risk of burnout.
