10.10 is special for a reason. No, it is not for the crazy shopping deals offered online. Rather, it is for World Mental Health Day. In this COVID-19 period, it is especially more crucial we take care of our mental health. Unable to leave the house or not meeting friends can surely affect people more than we realise. Mental health affects us emotionally and psychologically.
While different people recover differently, one of the activities recommended is physical activities and sports. Research has shown it prevents and manages mental health problems and, is clinically used as an important intervention. So, let’s get our body moving!
